Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Definition
RAG is a technique where an AI model retrieves relevant documents at answer time and uses them to ground its response.
Most modern answer engines use RAG, which is why your live web content and the sources that reference you matter so much: they are the documents the model pulls in before writing an answer.
